You will also find the world famous Pelican Hills Resort and Golf Course. The 92625 zip code is located between the northern most point in Laguna Beach and Corona Del Mar. As of May 2014 there were 101 homes and condos for sale. The average price of a single family home in 92657 was $2,478,688 and condo was $898,667.
