A trusted real estate professional since 2003, David Feldberg entered the field soon after graduating from the University of California, Irvine. Finding in real estate a calling that spoke to his ambition and love of people, he has since represented hundreds of clients as one of the premier agents in Orange County.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, David worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. He eventually started his own mortgage brokerage, where he grew his business to over 75 employees. While flipping houses and representing friends and family in his spare time, he gravitated toward the sales side and founded Coastal Real Estate Group in 2011. Due to his previous career experience, David’s clients reap the added rewards of his expertise in finance.
Known for his easygoing manner, David is more likely to appear at a showing in a polo and flip-flops than in a slick suit. Fun-loving and approachable, he often becomes friends with his clients once a transaction has concluded. But despite his relaxed demeanor, David is a fighter, advocating tirelessly for his clients and closing deals that meet and often exceed their expectations. He also has a keen ability to expand clients’ searches to find them the ideal home in a city they might never have considered. Additionally, David’s past experience on the financing side of the table makes him very good at assessing true appraisal value in a home.
As the father of two young children, David understands the time pressures faced by parents, as well as the need to find a home in a safe area with top-tier schools and easy access to community resources. His success in finding homes that check all the boxes for families has netted him countless referrals. Paying such acclaim forward by referring business to his trusted associates, David received the Rainmaker Award from the Irvine Chamber of Commerce for 2019 and 2020 and has now become the go-to REALTOR® for many at the chamber.
When he’s not seeing up to 50 houses a week for his clients, David enjoys many hobbies, including being involved with his children’s sports teams, watching Dodgers games, fishing, and mountain biking. He and his wife love animals and are very active in dog rescue. Currently, they have two dogs of their own and have been fostering one to two dogs at a time since 2012. David also finds time to give back to his community by serving on the North Tustin Advisory Council and the boards of Leadership Tomorrow and Temple Beth Sholom.
