Andrea Hebard is a born and raised Southern California girl who has worked with Coastal Real Estate Group for 2 years now. She has had the pleasure to work on some of the best sales teams throughout her career in real estate and brought her expertise to our brokerage!

Not only is she a real estate agent for Coastal Real Estate Group, but she is also an interior designer. Being an interior designer makes her stand out as a real estate agent for many reasons. One of which is the fact that she can fully visualize her client’s tastes and offer a vision of what the house can and will be for their family. By providing this vision to the buyer, she can start crafting a story of the home before they’ve even walked in the front door.

In many cases, after Andrea sells a home she starts working on the design of the home for the family as well! With her extensive construction background, she has worked on the complete reconstruction of homes and assisted with architecture, while estimating costs and managing budgets associated with the remodels for her clients.

It is exciting for her to continue to get to know new up-and-coming areas and niche communities within the OC as our beloved community continues to grow, thrive and change. However, she doesn’t close the doors on any opportunity. She recently has broadened her community outreach outside of Orange County as well.
