Villa Park is located between Anaheim Hills and the city of Orange in Orange County California.  Villa park homes are unique in that almost all homes are single family homes on lots that are 20,000 square feet (almost a half acre) or more.  Due to this the city is only home to 6000-7000 residents.  Great schools, central location and amazing single family homes make Villa Park a very desirable place to live.
