Residents of Villa Balboa have use of two pools, tennis courts, fitness center, underground parking, fitness center and underground parking. The HOA dues will run from the low $300’s to approximately $500 per month. Also of note there are very few places that don’t allow dogs, Villa Balboa is one of them. When it comes to activities in the area there are tons! The biggest one being you are a 5 minute walk to the beach on the Balboa Peninsula. You can also ride your bike all the way past the Huntington Beach Pier along the sand. Or maybe you want to go have a nice dinner out, Mariners Mile is a 2 minute drive with some amazing 5 star restaurants!
Lastly if you are raising a family and school is important, you are in luck. The public schools in this area are great. The elementary school is Newport Heights, middle school is Ensign Intermediate and the high school is Newport Harbor. All three are ranked 9/10 or better on greatschools.org.
