Many of the homes have been upgraded and those that have not have been well maintained. Parking is easy as it is located underground, with elevators that take you to your home. The amenities of Pierhouse are excellent and luxurious—with an exercise room, barbeque area, spa and pool, entertainment is just outside your front door.
