About Peninsula Point Homes For Sale

Peninsula Point homes for sale are some of the oldest homes in Newport Beach. Many of the homes were built in the 1920’s although many renovations and additions have occurred. Located at the end of the Balboa Peninsula (past the fun zone and Balboa Pier) you will find this small community consisting of mostly single family homes. Peninsula Point homes for sale do offer some seclusion from the rest of Newport Beach as there is no boardwalk and its a little further away for most tourists.
