Linda Isle community is really an amazing place to live.  While at home the community offers some nice amenities like the tennis courts, clubhouse and the private children beach.  Safety is a non issue for the most part in Newport Beach however this community also is also a gated community to ensure all the amenities are only used by residents.

 

 

Aside from the spectacular homes for sale on Linda Isle, there are also plenty of great activities in the area.  If you like to walk for your cup of coffee in the morning there is a Starbucks just off the island, there are a few restaurants that are very close Bayside restaurant, 3 Thirty 3, and Sol Cocina.  In addition Balboa Island is right nearby and offers plenty of great restaurants and boutique style shopping.  There is also a path on the outside of the Island which is great for a stroll.  As for shopping, well you are 5 minutes away from Fashion Island offering great outdoor shopping and its pet friendly so you don’t need to leave your dog at home! If schools are an important part of the decision making process you will be impressed!  Grades K-6 will attend Abraham Lincoln Elementry School (rated a 10/10 on greatschools.org) and for grades 7-12 they will attend Corona Del Mar High School (rated 9/10 but has API scores that make it one of the top schools in the state).
