Pros and Cons of Living in Edwards Hill


Edwards Hill Homes are excellent for families of all sizes. Beautifully located and surrounded by ocean, the Seacliff Country Club and Huntington Beach Central Park, there are plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. Avid golfers will also find Edwards Hill to be a preferable location given the Seacliff Country Club golf course is less than a 30 second car (or cart) ride away. A few small restaurants are located nearby, with easy access to those located in Huntington Beach Central Park. However, there is very little nightlife. Edwards Hill is approximately 4 miles from Main Street in Downtown Huntington Beach, requiring a car trip of about 15 minutes to get to restaurants, clubs and bars that will be open a bit later into the night. Additionally, Edwards Hill does not have easy access to any large-scale thoroughfares. Being so close to the coast, it’s primary highway is the Pacific Coast Highway – which may not be preferred by those with lengthy commutes.
