Cherry Lake homes for sale could possibly be the best kept secret in all of Newport Beach. There is a spring fed lake (Cherry Lake) located between Heather Ln and Lake Park Ln on the other side of Irvine Ave from the Back Bay Nature Preserve. Located on the border of Eastside Costa Mesa there are only 19 homes on this Lilly pad covered lake. Due to the small number of homes on the lake there are not always homes for sale available on Cherry lake.
